I read the most amazing description in the Upper Room devotional this week. A quote from Peter Larson:
"Despite our efforts to keep Him out, God intrudes. The life of Jesus is bracketed by two impossibilities: a virgin's womb and an empty tomb. Jesus entered our world through a door marked 'No Entrance' and left through a door marked 'No Exit.'"He is a God of impossibilities, of new beginnings, of extreme faithfulness, and magnificent love. And all we are called to do is to embrace Him.
Merry Christmas!

I love that last line about "embracing" Him--that's sooo what I've felt Him calling me to do lately. Beautiful post, Neen!! Love you, girlie!!
Love that quote... love even more that all we are called to do is embrace Him.
That is a sublime quote!
And I love the (porcelain?) nativity figures. LOVELY.
