Book Winner!

Hey there! How ya doin? Where you been all my life? LOL!

Okay, seriously, the winner of the autographed copy of Shelley's book, A Sounding Brass, is...

(insert drum roll here...)

LYNN DONOVAN!

Send me your snail mail info, Lynn. You just won yourself a book.

On a side note, leave me comments about why you like to read blogs and what you look for in a blog. Is it the content, contests, author interviews, or the personal gut wrenching sharing thingy? What would you like to to see more of? Less of? Love to hear from ya!

WOW!!! I just clicked in to find out I won> Thank you so much.

I am new at this blog thing but love to read blogs about ordinary people who experience God in every day living. I have been suprised at how honest and earnest most bloggers are. I laugh and cry and am continually blessed by the men and women who blog.

Thanks again Dineen. Lynn :)

Honestly, I read blogs because I'm nosy. :) I like to know about people. It gives me ideas for plots and characters. Plus I learn a lot--from certain bloggers anyway (Lisa Samson's blog always has links to interesting stuff), and I love to hear other people's approaches to life, marraige, parenting, God, writing, etc.

Short and sweet is key. When I find an author interview and it scrolls down for pages, I pass. The daily updates are fun, little tidbits from our lives. I was thinking of a Wednesday report from my fictional town of Trout, Michigan. Almost like an editorial from the local Trout paper. Make 'em laugh, kid.
